It looks as if the flames surrounding the Jackson family estate are not going to be snuffed out anytime soon. The drama continues this time in regards to guardianship issues over Michael Jackson's three children.
Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff has awarded temporary custody of the children to their cousin, TJ Jackson, who is the son of Michael's brother, Tito. The request was made when it was found out that Katharine Jackson, the children's legal guardian, had left California for Arizona and had not had any contact with the children for over a week's time. Ms. Jackson had left because of advice from her doctor.
TJ alleges that Katharine is being prevented from communicating with the children by third parties that may or may not include some of Michael's siblings. In awarding the temporary custody to TJ, the judge stated that it was not a move to permanently oust Katharine as guardian. And he did not believe that she had done anything wrong. She will be reinstated when she returns to California. This temporary guardianship will also expire on August 22, 2012.
